- Tolls and Fastag charges, against receipts kept by the driver

- Night batta of ₹300 when the vehicle runs between 11 PM and 6 AM

The vehicle, fuel and the professional chauffeur. Driver batta, tolls, parking, state entry permits and GST at 5 percent are charged separately at actuals, unless you book an all-inclusive package where they are pre-calculated into one fixed price.
Outstation trips bill a minimum of 250 km per day for the 10 and 12 seater and 300 km per day for the 16 seater, counted across the whole booking rather than day by day. A three-day trip covering 600 km bills at the 750 km minimum.
An additional ₹300 per night applies when the vehicle runs between 11 PM and 6 AM, on top of the standard daily driver batta. It covers the chauffeur for night driving and is standard across the industry.
Yes. Ask for the all-inclusive package and we pre-calculate tolls, parking, permits and driver batta into a single number, so there is nothing to settle at the end of the trip. It is usually marginally higher than the itemised route but removes all uncertainty.
No. Local packages are quoted point to point from your pickup address, not garage to garage, so you are not paying for the approach run.
